Super show of cattle on Friday, with super yard full of continental cattle with record prices, the dropped calf section contained calves up to three months old, topped to £370 for Aberdeen Angus heifer calf for a Ballyward farmer.

Weanling bull calves topped to £1170 for a 472kg from Rathfriland farmer.

With 300 fat ewes selling to a good trade.

Banbridge farmer topped the sale at £9.22 a kilo for 19kg at £175.

Fat ewes topped at £234.

More ewes over the £230 mark this week with plainer ewes from £184 to £194.
